Hi I have run magento now for 1 year, I have had a very bad problem with it which I do not seem to fix. I sell some products and lets say I have a bulova brand watch which its sub category is bangle, now I make the product, make the bulova category anchor and make a sub category named bangle, when I add a product I add it on the bangle sub category or even both bulova and bangle. The thing is if that the product is displayed in my front page or even from the search in the upper left corner where it should say
Start > Bulova > Bangle > Item
It only displays this:
Start > Item
If I go to bulova category and display all products and then I click on the product it will only display the following:
Start > Bulova > Item
Still there is the subcategory missing the only way I have seen it can display the whole path is by going on the menu or selectin the layered filter Bangle then it will display correctly:
Start > Bulova > Banlge > Item (which is the correct way to present it)
what am I missing or what am I doing wrong?
Can you help me?
Thanks
